Do I need Stacks PRO?
No. Any eligible, verified Stacks account can buy purchased credits. PRO separately includes 10 credits per verified monthly billing period.
Do credits expire or roll over?
Purchased credits accumulate and have no scheduled expiry. Included PRO credits expire at the end of each billing period and do not roll over. Once AI spending is available, eligible included credits are used first.
Which account receives my credits?
The Stacks account you confirm before checkout. Your Apple Pay contact or cardholder email does not change the recipient. Credits cannot be transferred to another account.
What if AI isn’t available yet?
Buying credits does not enable AI access. Before access is available you can cancel for a full refund. If access is still unavailable 30 days after payment, we automatically initiate a refund. We do not promise an AI launch date.
What if I don’t like an AI result?
AI results vary and may contain errors or differ from your expectations. More attempts may use additional credits and do not guarantee a result you prefer. Subjective dissatisfaction alone does not qualify for restoration of credits used for a completed generation. Technical failures, missing outputs and incorrect charges are handled separately. Your rights under our Refund Policy and applicable law remain unchanged.
How do refunds work?
When access is available, wholly unused packs are refundable within seven days. After use or that window, purchases are generally final, with exceptions for billing errors, non-delivery, unauthorized payments, and applicable legal rights. Prelaunch purchases have the additional protections explained above.
